EducationBridge is a student-led community education initiative taking shape in Houston. We’re building five programs that connect practical knowledge with people who can use it, through free workshops and patient, approachable teaching.
We’re currently building our founding team, developing workshop plans, and exploring community connections. Confirmed dates and locations will be shared as they become available. You can express interest as a volunteer or a potential host now.
You can express interest without previous teaching experience. Our planned roles include workshop preparation, outreach, event support, and student instruction. Tell us what you enjoy and the skills you’d like to share.
We’re interested in connecting with libraries, senior communities, schools, nonprofits, and other community spaces. Workshop topics, format, timing, and audience needs would be planned together before any session is confirmed.
EducationBridge is being developed around free community workshops. Expressing interest as a volunteer or host does not require payment.
